Our Job Process plan gives you a complete rundown on how your project will progress through our system, from the initial client request for a quote to its installation. Should you have any queries or concerns, the relevant departments have been highlighted, depending on the stage of your project.
Meet Our Team
These are the key department and team members that will work with you on your project.
Estimating Department
Your first dealings with Edge Glass & Aluminium (EGA) will be with our Estimating Department. Our estimating representative is here to help you with the design and quoting of your project. You will deal with the Estimating Team until you sign off on your glass and aluminium project requirements. Once you have approved your quote with EGA, you’ll be appointed to a Senior Project Manager who will manage your project throughout your engagement with EGA.
Project Manager
Your Project Manager will be your primary and key contact for your project. They will attend any on-site meetings, assist with the final design and material selection, and provide you with shop drawings. Your drawings will need to be signed and returned to us before material is ordered and installation can be scheduled.
The Project Manager will contact our installation teams, who will arrange all measures and installation dates. You can contact your Project Manager at any time to find out the status of your project; otherwise, wait for our installation email to confirm your installation details.
Manufacturing & Installation Department
Our Manufacturing and Installation teams are now responsible for the construction and installation of your project. Much care is taken in this final step to ensure a perfect outcome.
At this point, your Project Manager will still be the primary contact for your project and will keep you informed of the project's status and installation date.
